We couldn't find flexible and easy-to-use financial tools to manage big decisions, so we built them (and made them free)!

In 2020, we were on a mission to buy a home, but predicting our monthly payments felt like running into a brick wall. We were eager to use a HELOC to make this investment happen. We were eager to explore various scenarios and compare them side by side, but the free options we found available online were either too rigid, looked like they were from the 1990s, or asked for our personal info in exchange for a subpar spreadsheet. Frustration turned into determination.

We knew there had to be a better way.

Fast-forward to today, and we've created the tools we wished we had back then: free, flexible, and easy to use.
